1. General Conditions

By purchasing any product from Bulk Appliances Wholesalers Corporation (“the Company”), the customer (“you”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. We strongly recommend all customers inspect appliances in person before completing a purchase.

2. Final Sale Policy

2.1 No Refunds on Used Appliances

  • All used appliances are final sale.
  • No refunds or returns will be accepted.

2.2 Final Sale on All Products

  • All purchases made through our store or online are considered final sale.
  • We encourage customers to view and test appliances in person before placing any order.

3. Warranty Coverage

3.1 Used Appliances – 30-Day Warranty

Used appliances come with a 30-day limited warranty covering:

  • Functional defects not caused by misuse, improper installation, or physical damage.
  • Warranty begins on the date of purchase.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage
  • Issues caused by customer misuse
  • Damage due to power surges or water exposure
  • Failure caused by improper installation

Repairs or replacement are at the Company’s discretion.

3.2 Scratch & Dent New Appliances – 1-Year Warranty

Scratch and dent new appliances include a 1-year warranty covering:

  • Manufacturer-related functional defects
  • Mechanical failure not caused by user damage

Warranty excludes:

  • Cosmetic issues present at the time of purchase
  • Damage resulting from improper installation or misuse
  • Commercial or industrial use

Repairs, replacement, or service will be handled according to the manufacturer or Company warranty guidelines.

4. Pickup & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for securing appliances during transport.
  • The Company is not liable for damage that occurs during customer transport.
  • For store pickup, customers must verify product condition before leaving the premises.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bulk Appliances Wholesalers Corporation is not responsible for:

  • Property damage resulting from appliance installation
  • Loss of food, time, or income due to appliance malfunction
  • Unauthorized repairs performed by third parties, which void the warranty
